No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Courses, limited batch sizes, immediate access to learning materials, and allocation of training resources, CyberHost Technologies LLP does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This no-refund policy applies to:

• Full payments
• Installment payments
• Partial payments
• Discounted or promotional enrollments

Once enrollment is confirmed and access to any Course content, live sessions, recordings, or support is provided, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Installment Payments and Cancellation

For Courses offered with installment options:

• Installment due dates are communicated clearly before and after enrollment.
• Failure to pay an installment on or before the due date may result in temporary suspension of access to classes, recordings, and support.
• If the pending installment is not cleared within the final grace period communicated by the Company, the enrollment will be cancelled permanently.
• Cancelled enrollments due to non-payment are not eligible for any refund.

Voluntary Withdrawal

If a Participant chooses to discontinue or withdraw from a Course after enrollment for any reason, no refund or fee adjustment will be provided.

Course Access and Usage

Access to Course materials is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, recording, distributing, or reselling Course content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Course Returns

As all Courses are delivered digitally, there are no physical returns. The Company is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or damage to digital content once access has been granted.

Policy Updates

CyberHost Technologies LLP reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version published on our Website shall be considered final and binding.
