This policy applies to all online courses and training programs you enroll in with us.

You have the right to cancel your enrollment within 2 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 2 days after the date you gain access to the course materials.
To cancel, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement via email: info@thecyberhost.tech.
We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day we confirm your cancellation, using the same payment method you used for the enrollment, with no incurred fees.

Only courses purchased at regular price may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, unless required by applicable law.
Given the digital nature of our courses, physical returns are not required.
We are not responsible for damages or losses to digital content once delivered.
If a course was marked as a gift when purchased and directly sent to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned course is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the course wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the course sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
